Workshop

1. - How long does a workshop last for?

A - They vary depending on which workshop you choose to purchase. We have estimated that the bronze package will last 1 hour, silver package lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, and the gold package lasting 3 hours. 

2. - If I purchase the 3 or 5 workshop package, do I need to use them all in a row?

A - No, you have a year to use them from the date of purchase.

3. - I have 16 people in my company that want to attend the workshop but I don't think I need another workshop, can we negotiate paying extra?

A - Yes, we are always happy to negotiate a reasonable price to suit your needs.

Webinars

1. - How long does a webinar last for?

A - The estimated the duration of our webinars to be around 1 hour long.

2. - We want to purchase more than one webinar, is that possible?

A - Yes, however we priced the webinars at a reasonable price as we had to account for businesses that have less than 20 attendees so it would be fair for all businesses. If you require more space, we charge £10 per extra person.

Other

1. - I've decided that we no longer need the workshop/webinar, can I get a refund?

A - Yes, If you cancel 24 hours before the workshop/webinar. If you have paid in full, we will refund the full amount. if you paid a deposit we will refund the deposit, however, if you paid the deposit but you cancel after the 24 hours, we will refund what you have paid excluding the deposit.
