Welcome ft. Coronavirus Update
HEY! Readers out there.
I just want to cut the ribbon to show that this is our first blog post. Just to briefly explain, in this will introduce ourselves, COVID-19 and lockdown.
Proud ‘n’ Diverse is a non-profit organisation, helping individuals from 18
onward, we have previously aimed our demographic was 18 – 30, however we have more people interested who are out of that age group. We proudly assist LGBTQI+ who are in desperate needs with most issues we can manage. Currently Proud ‘n’ Diverse consists of three; Robert, Jamie and Phoebe. We all work hard to ensure that we can help you and we are also currently looking for more volunteers to help the community by helping us to help you!
Onto COVID-19, we know that many of you out there are helping out on the
front line, WE JUST WANT TO CONGRATULATE YOU ALL for being such angels, risking your health just so that the Leeds, Yorkshire and the rest of the country does not come to a complete stand still. We are ever so grateful for you and keep up the good work!
COVID-19 is such a harmful virus it attacks the respiratory system, please stay at home! By staying at home, you are preventing the spread of the virus, preventing individuals who are in high risk categories from catching it! If you must leave your house for the essentials, you should keep a 2-meter distance between yourself and others.
For all the LGBTQI+ people out there, we know how sexually frustrated you can get and even during this
lock down, we have noticed people are still trying to hook up, keep it in your pants until
lock down is over! Are you seriously still potentially willing to contract COVID-19 and an STD just because you want to get some action? Its not sensible and it certainly isn’t worth either, just wait till this is all over and you can have as many hook ups as you can!
We have noticed that there has been articles out and around containing that homosexuals are to blame for COVID-19, do not listen to them, also if you are one of these people who are saying it’s the Chinese virus please stop, just because it originated from Wuhan, doesn’t make it the Chinese virus.
Considering the circumstances, try do something productive, give yourself a small project to do every day, whether it is crafting, read a book, cleaning, gardening or even repairing broken items that you are not willing to throw away. We’ve heard from most of our friends and families who are setting their goals over
lock down is to get fit, which we are looking forward to seeing! Our project we have started is currently a secret, but you will soon find out what it will be!
Just to be clear, we are still currently available to help out your needs with as much as we can and as much as we would love to help you face to face, unfortunately we can’t so everything will be done online to the best of our abilities.
Stay strong, stay safe, keep being happy and we will shortly see you all again, but until then, we will keep posting and keep everyone updated
